kalim/jamil fun times
[Some Kalim/Jamil goodness. Bed time routines + a suspicious candle labelled as relaxing that actually prompts honesty.
Jamil had quietly slipped away while Kalim was still busy, a good hour or so before he knew Kalim would start to feel tired. His presence wouldn't be missed and it allowed him to efficiently go through his own nightly ritual so that he'd be done and able to focus entirely on Kalim.
He effortlessly rejoined the movie night down stairs. Indeed, it appeared that no one had noticed him slip away, but his makeup was off, his hair was down, unbraided, and ready for sleep and his teeth were brushed.
He'd come back just in time to see a finale that meant next to nothing to him since he'd missed everything leading up to it, so he's ready to quietly get up and take the empty drinks and snack bowls into the kitchen as soon as the credits start rolling. He waits quietly as Kalim and Lilia discuss the ending and the apparent twist before Lilia jokingly comments that he better be off to bed, managing to work in a joke about being old and needing his beauty sleep all in one.]
Goodnight, Lilia.
[Finding the remote to turn the TV off, he looks at Kalim.] It's about time you get ready for bed as well, don't you think?
